Five independent lot-wise framework rate contracts for District Health Authority Rawalpindi for FY 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Separate bid security equal to 2% of each quoted lot is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement by 10 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Bids remain valid for 120 days and prices must include delivery to Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi, Special Prison Hospital and DHA Rawalpindi, with taxes treated according to applicable law and bidding documents.
