Hiring Group Health Insurance Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of group health insurance services for PHEC employees under a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from health insurance firms and companies duly licensed by SECP, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Estimated cost is PKR 15,000,000 and bid security is 2 percent amounting to PKR 300,000. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be followed under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security must be transferred online through the e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Detailed eligibility criteria, terms, conditions and technical specifications are contained in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened through the Punjab e-Procurement System after the submission period.
