Description
Procurement of training material for various trades at a technical training institute under Single Stage One Envelope procedure through the Punjab E-Procurement System. A refundable bid security of Rs. 40,000 is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of the Principal. Eligible bidders, firms and contractors must be registered for income tax and sales tax and active taxpayers for NTN and GST, with exemption evidence where applicable. Unit-wise bid rates must be written in figures and words. Rates must include all applicable taxes, installation, transportation and freight charges. The successful bidder must furnish a 10 percent performance guarantee within seven days of award, with a six-month defect liability period.
