Procurement of training materials for various trades at Government Technical Training Institute for Women, Gujjarpura, Lahore. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) under the prevailing Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders, firms and contractors must be registered with the relevant government bodies for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and GST status, unless an applicable exemption is supported by evidence. Attested copies of active NTN and GST status must be uploaded with the bid. Bidders must quote unit-wise rates in figures and words using the prescribed bid form. Completed bids must be submitted exclusively through E-PADS; submissions through other methods will not be accepted. Refundable bid security of Rs. 34,379 must be submitted online through E-PADS. All applicable government taxes, transportation, freight and installation charges must be included in quoted rates. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the total contract amount within seven days of contract award. Failure to submit the guarantee may result in forfeiture of bid security and termination of the contract. The performance guarantee will be refunded after expiry of the one-year defect liability period following successful completion, delivery and installation and receipt of a satisfactory committee report. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under applicable procurement rules.
