Procurement Special Student Uniforms Sahiwal Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniform items for special students, boys and girls, for winter and summer seasons for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,300,000. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System from income tax and sales tax registered firms. Rates must be quoted as a single consolidated figure inclusive of all applicable taxes. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred. Bid security equivalent to 5 percent of estimated cost must be paid through 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID and proof of payment attached with the tender documents. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 10 percent of contract amount through the prescribed online mechanism.
