Construction of walking track from Kotli Burj Road near Toti Stop to Parchan Hill Top, MC Kotli Sattian. Estimated cost is Rs. 9.90 million and earnest money is 5 percent of estimated cost. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC licence, CNIC, PRA registration and NTN. Bid security must be submitted electronically and physical CDRs, Pay Orders or Bank Guarantees are not accepted. Item-wise rates are to be entered electronically through the BOQ. Bids are subject to PPRA rules and additional performance security or quality assurance guarantee may apply where the tendered amount is equal to or less than 5 percent of the approved estimate or DNIT amount.
