Description
Procurement of CCTV cameras for Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore along with installation for Financial Year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents and authorized agents of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be followed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders must submit up to 2 percent bid security of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted by 10 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Items must be quoted in technical and financial proposals with both brand name and model name. Hard copies are not required. Pro Tip: relevant security terms include CCTV cameras, surveillance equipment, camera installation, medical college security and electronic monitoring.
