Upgradation of the Pathology Department at Children Hospital, Lahore. The estimated cost is Rs. 193.264 million with 5 percent earnest money of Rs. 9,663,200 and a completion period of 18 months. The tender follows PPRA Rule 38 Single Stage Two Envelope with separate technical and financial proposals. Contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialization code must produce the original PEC licence. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through the Punjab E-Procurement System, while a Technical Book must also be submitted in hard form for verification. Earnest money is submitted through 1-Link or online bank transfer using the PSID generated on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
