Framework Contract Office Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items through a 12-month framework contract, covering office tables, workstations, executive and managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side and center tables and other furniture items specified in the bidding documents. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers must fulfill all stated eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements. Bid security is PKR 100,000 and performance guarantee is 1 percent of the contract value. The framework contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or procurement value, with items ordered as and when required. Applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and associated costs shall be handled according to the bidding documents.
