Construction Municipal Committee Hall Chakwal Tender Notice
Description
Establishment and construction of Municipal Committee Hall. Estimated cost is Rs. 60,000,000 and bid security or earnest money is 5 percent amounting to Rs. 3,000,000. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including PEC, FBR, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System and possess valid NTN or PNTN and Active Taxpayer Status. Procurement shall follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote item-wise unit rates according to the BOQ and bidding documents and upload all mandatory eligibility, technical and financial documents. A valid PEC Constructor License for 2026 with relevant specialization and category covering the estimated cost is mandatory. Additional Performance Security and Quality Assurance Security shall apply where required under the Punjab Local Government Works Rules and bidding documents.
