Description
Provision of solar lights in District Vehari under Punjab Highways Department. Estimated cost is Rs. 42.815 million and bid security or earnest money is Rs. 2.141 million, representing 5 percent of the estimated cost. Contractors or firms must have a valid renewed Pakistan Engineering Council license for Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant category or codes and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security, bid documents and performance security or guarantee are to be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with physical CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts and other physical banking instruments not accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must provide performance security or guarantee at 10 percent of the contract amount. Item rates and total amounts must be quoted in the financial proposal, and percentage rates above or below the estimated or DNIT cost are not accepted.
