Description
Procurement of desktop computers and laptops for University of Rasul. Estimated cost is Rs. 60.750 million and bid security is lot-wise as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, maintain an active taxpayer profile and possess adequate relevant experience. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with technical and financial bids prepared according to the bidding documents. Bid security must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal and its scanned copy attached with the technical bid. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
