Punjab Highway Patrol, Faisalabad invites e-bids for purchase or provision of miscellaneous items and services through framework contract for financial year 2026-27 under open competitive procurement. Procurement heads include POL charges and lubricants under A03807 with estimated amount Rs. 220,000 - stationery under A03901 with estimated amount Rs. 11,000,000 and bid security Rs. 38,000 - printing and publications under A03902 with estimated amount Rs. 1,900,000 and bid security Rs. 30,000 - computer stationery under A03955 with estimated amount Rs. 1,500,000 - other items under A03970-001 with estimated amount Rs. 1,200,000 and bid security Rs. 24,000 - transport under A13001 with estimated amount Rs. 1,600,000 and bid security Rs. 220,000 - and other building works under A13303 with estimated amount Rs. 6,000,000 and bid security Rs. 120,000. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized agents, dealers or distributors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. E-bids must be submitted by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or representatives.
