Outsourcing Janitorial Services Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan for financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders include associations of firms or companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers and joint ventures registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and late bids will be rejected. Bid security of 1% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 1,810,000 against an estimated cost of Rs. 18 million, must be furnished through a Call Deposit Receipt in the name of the Principal, Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan through the prescribed online payment mechanism or PSID. The procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a). Bid validity is 180 days. Bids must be submitted by 15 October 2026 at 11:30 AM and opened at 12:00 PM the same day.
