Stationery It Equipment Furniture Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of stationery, computer stationery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, engineering and production stores, miscellaneous stores, other items and furniture and fixture items for PTV Headquarters Office, PTV News, Pakistan TV, ETV Centre, PTV Sports, PTV Global, PTV Drama and Film Academy, provincial centres at Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan and Muzaffarabad, and rebroadcast stations on an as-and-when-required basis under a Closed Framework Agreement for financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms include original manufacturers, authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possessing valid National Tax Number and being on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Electronic bidding documents containing terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Scanned bid security must be uploaded with the bid and original hard copies must reach the Chairman Senior Tender Committee before the closing date and time.
