Security Guard Services Forest Rangers Training Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security guard services for Forest Rangers (BPS-09) training at Punjab Forest School Ghoragali Murree for a period of 02 months. The requirement is for 12 simultaneous security posts or guards per day comprising 8 male and 4 female security guards. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,440,000 and bid security is Rs. 72,000 representing 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible bidders must possess valid security service licence, NOC or authorization and satisfy mandatory eligibility, tax, statutory and qualification requirements. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Rates must include wages, statutory contributions, management and administrative costs, uniforms, equipment, insurance and applicable taxes and levies. Contractors must comply with applicable minimum wage and labour and social security requirements including EOBI and PESSI where applicable.
