Annual procurement for the financial year 2026-27 covering small medical appliances with estimated cost Rs. 9,000,000 and bid security Rs. 270,000 - laboratory chemicals and reagents with estimated cost Rs. 9,520,000 and bid security Rs. 285,600 - blood bank items with estimated cost Rs. 2,000,000 and bid security Rs. 60,000 - dialysis disposables and chemicals with estimated cost Rs. 4,500,000 and bid security Rs. 135,000 - medical gases with estimated cost Rs. 2,200,000 and bid security Rs. 66,000 - stationery and printing items with estimated cost Rs. 2,800,000 and bid security Rs. 84,000 - local purchase of medicines and panel pharmacy (M-20) with estimated cost Rs. 1,950,000 and bid security Rs. 58,500. Eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure shall be followed and separate Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A scanned bid security must accompany the Technical Proposal and the original bid security together with an original Rs. 100 e-Stamp Paper declaring that the firm is not blacklisted must reach the procuring office before the closing date and time. Bids close on 15-10-2026 at 10:00 AM and Technical Bids open at 10:30 AM. Bid validity is 90 days from opening unless otherwise specified.
