Description
Procurement of different IT items for on-screen marking under Tender Notice No.269/SS. The corrigendum revises the last date for submission of tenders from 29-09-2026 at 11:00 AM to 10-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids to be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of the purchase committee and representatives of firms. The amendment provides revised specifications for Lot No.02 high-speed document scanners, requiring throughput of 130-140 PPM at 300 dpi in colour and black and white with barcode scanning, feeding capacity of 500 sheets or above, USB 2.0/3.0 or higher connectivity, daily duty cycle of 55,000 sheets, consumables for 15 million scans with three years warranty, specified country of origin requirements, U-turn or straight paper path, document thickness capability above 250 gsm and an operator touchscreen or control panel for monitoring multi-feeds. The affidavit requirement concerning litigation with any client during the previous three years is omitted. Other items and terms remain unchanged.
