Augmentation Main Nishter Town Disposal Station Tender Notice
Description
Augmentation of Main Nishter Town Disposal Station in Nishter Town, Lahore through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible suppliers and contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN status and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in category C-3 or above with specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-11 and ME-06. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Bids must be submitted electronically as PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-10-2026 at 10:30 AM and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Digital bid security of 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 7,547,394, must be verified through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will proceed to financial bid opening. The estimated cost is Rs. 251,579,796.01 and bids will remain valid for 120 days.
