Improvement, rehabilitation and refurbishment of Pumping Station No. II under the project for solarization of existing sump wells, Pump House Disty-5(A) and augmentation of Takarwah and Kot Hafiz Disties from PS-2, Awan Nullah in District D.I. Khan. The estimated cost is Rs.8.95 million and the 2% earnest money with stamp duty is Rs.0.198 million. Eligible contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence for Financial Year 2026-27 in the required C-6 or above category and applicable project codes including EE11, CE10 and ME07 as specified. Solar panels, solar pumping inverters, pumps and motors must be supplied by manufacturers, producers or duly authorized suppliers, with manufacturer authorization, purchase history or import documents where applicable. Bidders must provide a bar-chart programme covering surveys, drawings, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, erection, testing and commissioning. Rates must be quoted above or below on BOQ for MRS and Non-MRS components. Additional security applies to bids below specified thresholds. A pre-bid meeting is provided.
