Works comprising rehabilitation of LMP Disposal Station and Digital Complaint Center in Liaqatabad Sub Division WASA Lahore at an approved estimated cost of Rs. 2,949,680 with digital bid security of Rs. 147,484; providing and fixing Travertine Marble at Ali Block Center in Garden Town Sub Division at Rs. 2,984,343 with digital bid security of Rs. 149,217.15; rehabilitation of boundary wall at Ali Block Complaint Center in Garden Town Sub Division at Rs. 2,988,356 with digital bid security of Rs. 149,417.80; and construction of boundary wall and provision of basic infrastructure at Tanki No. 03 Township at Rs. 2,853,398 with digital bid security of Rs. 142,669.90. Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System, hold valid PEC license in category C-6 or above with CE-09 and CE-10 specialization codes, and be registered with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN. Procurement follows Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Digital bid security of 5% must be verifiable through the Punjab e-Procurement System and physical bids are not accepted. Bidders must possess a valid professional tax certificate for 2026-27 and ISO 45001-2018 certificate. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. Bid validity is 120 days. Proposals with missing basic eligibility or without earnest money will be rejected, and corrupt, unreadable or virus-containing electronic submissions will be rejected under PPRA Regulations 2024.
