Construction of streets, drains, side walls, retaining walls and culverts at Rakkaly - Bakkara - Warmando Mela - Ghowdar - Shahkas - near Jamrud Bazar - Sur Qamar and various areas of Tehsil Jamrud under PK-70. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using MRS-2025 First Bi-Annual rates. Eligible contractors must hold relevant PEC registration in Category C-5 or above, Local Council Board enlistment, active KPRA registration and required tax registration. Estimated cost is Rs. 50 million with earnest money of Rs. 1000000/- representing 2% and a non-refundable tender form fee of Rs. 15000/- at 0.03% of estimated cost. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS and original documents including bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes through registered courier service. Technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM, while financial bids will be opened after approval of technical evaluation. Bidders must provide audit and financial reports for the last three years and financial soundness with a fresh bank statement showing Rs. 50 million.
