Description
Construction and pavement of streets, drains, culverts and retaining walls at Tehsil Batkhela under ASDI ADP Scheme No. 251275. Bidding shall be conducted electronically through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible and experienced firms or contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, enlisted with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, registered with KPRA and EPADS, and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities with active taxpayer status. Earnest money of PKR 56,000 representing 2% of the estimated cost is required. Rates shall be quoted on percentage above, below or at-par basis under MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual. Original bid security details in the form of CDR must be submitted electronically and hard copies provided as required. Manual submission is not allowed.
