Construction Of Streets Drains Walls And Culverts Tender Notice
Description
Construction works including streets, drains, side walls, retaining walls and culverts at Rakkaly, Bakkara, Warmando, Mela Ghowdar, Shahkas near Jamrud Bazar, Sur Qamar and various areas of Tehsil Jamrud under the specified development scheme. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, enlisted with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidding shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS with separate technical and financial bids. Bid documents, BOQ and evaluation criteria shall be downloaded from EPADS. Electronic scanned copies must be submitted through EPADS, while original technical and financial bids with required documents must also be submitted in sealed envelopes through registered courier service; hand-delivered bids will not be accepted. Tender fee is Rs. 15,000/- non-refundable and earnest money is 2% amounting to Rs. 1,000,000/- in original call deposit. Technical bids will open on September 17, 2026 at 12:30 PM and financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. Additional security requirements apply for bids quoted more than 10% below the engineer estimate.
