Description
Construction, repair and rehabilitation works for streets, drains, sewerage lines, PCC streets, tuff tile streets and nullah infrastructure across multiple localities including Iqbal Town, Hadali, Mohallah Noor, Muftiyan, Ghazi Town, Noor Mohallah, Rehman Abad, Quaid-e-Azam Town, Kashmir Town, Tekhrian, Tajpuri Mohallah, Kiyani Street and Haji Mohallah. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure using electronic bidding. Contractors and firms must be registered for e-procurement and with FBR and PRA with NTN and PNTN concerning works. Separate bidding documents are available electronically, and bids must be submitted through the prescribed e-procurement system. Bid security of 5% is required, with scanned security uploaded electronically and original CDR submitted as prescribed. Bidders must quote item rates against every DNIT and BOQ entry and completely fill rate analysis, summary and sub-summary in financial bids; percentage-rate bidding is not permitted. Non-responsive bids shall be rejected.
