Construction works for streets, drains, nullahs and culverts in village Karariwalawala and Chohan Nagar - UC Gunja - village Tibba Boote Shah, Haji Muhammad and Chano Pocha - UC Bhruch - UC Bhaddar - UC Khwaspur - UC Karnana - village Khorian and Chak Sarwani - UC Jaurah - and Dinga City in District Gujrat. Electronic bids are invited from eligible contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with PEC for financial year 2026-27 where applicable. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the prescribed electronic procedure and will be opened electronically at 03:00 PM on the closing date. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be provided through a Digital Bank Guarantee using a generated PSID and SWIFT MT760; physical securities will not be accepted. Financial bids must contain unit rates, item-wise amounts and grand totals, while percentage-based, blank, overwritten or incomplete bids will be rejected. The successful bidder must furnish 10% performance security of the contract price. Bids remain valid for 60 days.
