Prequalification of registered firms and companies on the Active Taxpayer List of Income Tax and Sales Tax for supply of medicines and medical equipment, surgical equipment, laboratory reagents, contraceptives, air ticketing, stationery items, IT equipment, ICT maintenance and services, office furniture, catering, hotels, restaurants, vehicle maintenance, vehicle spare parts, tools, fuel, generator sale and repair services, electrical and CCTV camera services, plumbing, welding, solar system and repair and backup services, solar system installation and maintenance, building maintenance, civil work, wood work, rent-a-car, HR services, security services, janitorial services, printing and publishing. Vendors must submit profiles with mandatory government, semi-government or private organization registration, NTN and GST certificates, relevant experience and past performance with client lists and contract proof, capabilities covering personnel, equipment and offices or locations, complete firm profile and commercial contact details. Profiles must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly specifying the applied category by 9 October 2026. The organization reserves the right to cancel the process or accept or reject any bid or profile without providing a reason and bidders bear their own preparation costs.
