Supply Of General Surgical Disposable Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification for procurement and supply of general surgical disposable consumables for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Centre Lahore and Rawalpindi under framework contract arrangements. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 476,548,613. Eligible applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate in the prequalification process. Prequalification documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Prequalification proposals must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System by 17 November 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2 November 2026 at 2:30 PM in the Conference Room of Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. In case the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. The procurement process will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
