Description
Procurement through five independent lot-wise framework rate contracts for Local Purchase Medicines, Medical Devices, Surgical and Disposable Items - Laboratory Reagents, X Ray and Related Items - Stationery Items - Printing Material and Printing and Publication Items - General Store, Equipment and Miscellaneous Items. Electronic bids are invited under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Eligibility is lot-specific: Lot 1 requires the applicable valid centralized drug-sale licence for pharmacy, manufacturers or distributors; Lot 2 is for manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors or dealers of relevant goods; and Lots 3, 4 and 5 are for duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers as applicable. Separate bid security of 2% of the estimated value of each quoted lot is required in the prescribed form, validity and manner. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement, remain valid for 120 days, and bidders must quote all mandatory items of each selected lot. Prices include delivery to Central Jail Hospital Rawalpindi, Special Prison Hospital or District Health Authority Rawalpindi and applicable taxes must be stated.
