Transport Equipment Repair Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification for repair and maintenance of transport, machinery, furniture, hardware and IT equipment for FY 2026-27. Sealed bids or tenders are invited from reputable companies, vendors and duly established workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Participating firms, vendors and suppliers must provide Sales Tax registration, NTN or General Sales Tax numbers, Active Taxpayer List status, the last three years of bank statements, annual FBR tax returns, bank account maintenance certificate and workshop telephone details. The workshop must have complete setup, spare parts availability and technical expertise in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and must undertake referred repair work on an immediate basis, including odd hours and public holidays, with warranty coverage for replaced items. Earnest Money of Rs.90,000 is required in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order and unsuccessful bidders receive refund while the successful bidder amount becomes security deposit. Tender documents require a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000.
