Description
Construction of a waiting shed for Green Bus near Nawaz Sharif Park, Municipal Committee Pasrur. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,578,000 and earnest money or bid security is Rs. 78,900, equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, with electronic submission only. Contractors or firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable and must fulfill the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically by 19-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening on the same day at the scheduled time stated in the notice. Bid security must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee via the e-Procurement System, with PSID generation and transmission by the issuing bank through SWIFT MT760; physical CDRs, Pay Orders and Demand Drafts are not accepted. The successful bidder must furnish 5% performance security through SWIFT MT760. Financial bids must contain unit rates, item-wise amounts and grand total in the BOQ, while percentage-based, blank, overwritten or incomplete bids will be rejected.
