Framework contract for procurement of various goods and items for District Health Authority Jhang for FY 2026-27 on free delivery at consignee end basis, comprising Stationery Items, General Store Items, Plant & Machinery, Furniture Items and Parking Shed etc. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelopes under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Eligible firms must upload complete Technical and Financial bids through Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opened at 12:00 Noon the same day. No tender fee is required. Bid security and performance guarantee rates are specified in the bidding documents and must be submitted electronically through the designated Bank of Punjab mechanism; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Draft will not be accepted. All documents must be properly marked, sequentially attached, signed and stamped.
