Road Maintenance Squad Asphalt Plant Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of a Road Maintenance Squad for Municipal Corporation Gujrat, including an asphalt plant and machinery. The estimated cost is Rs. 200 million and earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible firms or contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the applicable financial year. Bids must be submitted electronically through EP-Punjab by 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Municipal Officer (Inf) in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and participating contractors or representatives. Manual bids are not accepted, and bids without earnest money or with conditional terms will not be entertained. Duplicate use of the same CDR for more than one scheme may result in rejection. The successful or lowest bidder whose bid is 5% or more below the estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance security in the form of CDR.
