Earthwork Plantation Development Schemes Tender Notice
Description
Earthwork and plantation for the schemes of Correctional Facilities Revamping Programme and construction of 28 double-storey residences for BS-01 to BS-10 warders at Central Jail, Bahawalpur. The estimated cost is Rs. 4,805,683 and bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 240,284. The completion time limit is up to 15-01-2027. Bidding will be conducted through Open E-Tendering under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014. Contractors or firms registered on EPADS and eligible for e-tendering must quote rates item-wise, scan the complete bid and upload it electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bid security must be submitted digitally before 11:00 AM on the submission date. Conditional bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee up to 10% of the contract price under Rule 56 before signing the contract, also through the prescribed digital payment mechanism.
