Adaptive Changes In Punjab Food Authority Building Tender Notice
Description
Addition and alteration works in the building to serve as a Narcotics Control Station and Punjab CNF Training Academy. The estimated cost is Rs. 78,895,000 with an earnest money requirement of 5% amounting to Rs. 3,944,750 and a completion period of 18 months. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to PPRA Rule 38, with separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible contractors or firms must be enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27 in the relevant C4 or above category with specialization code CE10 and must produce the original PEC license showing the required specialization code. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest money is to be submitted through 1-Link or online bank transfer from a scheduled bank through the PSID generated on the e-Procurement System.
