Addition, alteration and improvement of the toilet block in Boys Hostel No. 1 at the medical college. The estimated cost is Rs. 3,926,000 with a completion period of 03 months and 2% earnest money of Rs. 78,520. Bidding is conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2025. Eligible contractors or firms must have valid PEC registration for 2026-27 with the relevant code, valid NTN and PRA registration and Professional Tax certificate for 2026-2027, and must have a record of installation of tube well work. E-bids are to be submitted through the E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System, with bid security submitted as required in the bidding documents.
