Procurement of training material for Plumber Trade through E-Procurement System under the single stage one envelope procedure from eligible bidders or firms registered for income tax and sales tax with government bodies or departments. The procurement includes training material for the plumber trade, with transportation and installation charges and all applicable taxes included in quoted rates. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System, and only the accumulative rate for the whole tender will be used to determine the lowest evaluated bidder. A refundable bid security of Rs. 136,950, equal to 5% of the estimated amount of Rs. 2,739,000 inclusive of all taxes, is required electronically through the E-Procurement System.
