Pesticides Pest Control Operations Tender Notice

Supply of pesticides under Pest Control Forest Division, Punjab Forest Department, comprising Lot 1 Chlorpyrifos 40% EC, 1100 L, estimated price Rs. 2,860,000 and bid security Rs. 143,000; Lot 2 Bifenthrin 10% EC, 350 L, estimated price Rs. 770,000 and bid security Rs. 38,500; Lot 3 Deltamethrin 2.5% EC, 100 L, estimated price Rs. 240,000 and bid security Rs. 12,000; Lot 4 Lambda Cyhalothrin 2.5% EC, 300 L, estimated price Rs. 480,000 and bid security Rs. 24,000; Lot 5 Aluminum Phosphide 56%, 30,000 tablets, estimated price Rs. 600,000 and bid security Rs. 30,000. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible Income Tax and General Sales Tax registered firms or contractors with active status for 2026-27 may participate. Bid security of 5% of the estimated price of each lot must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Completed bids must be submitted online by 14-10-2026 at 10:30 hours and technical bids will be opened online at 11:00 hours the same day. Payment will be made after proper pesticide analysis and quality checking by PCSIR Lab, with analysis fees payable by the contractor. Quantities may increase or decrease according to field requirements.
