Installation Fire Safety Hvac Systems Tender Notice
Description
Installation of a new fire safety system for the independent building covering laundry, CSSD, RSU, pathology, dialysis unit, thalassemia, oncology day care, blood bank and radiology, with estimated cost of 8 million, and supply and installation of fire dampers for the hospital HVAC system, with estimated cost of 6.4 million, for Financial Year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement shall use the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Financial offers shall include all applicable taxes, while conditional or tax-exclusive offers shall be rejected. Bid security of 2% of total estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement, and physical CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in PDF format and opened electronically in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or wrong-lot submissions shall be rejected.
