Procurement Vein Detector Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one vein detector for PKLI Lahore. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized exclusive distributors of foreign manufacturers or authorized distributors of manufacturers in Pakistan registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. The estimated amount is PKR 923,500 and bid security is PKR 18,470 representing 2% of the estimated amount. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope least-cost basis procedure under PPRA 2014 with DDP delivery terms. E-bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System and hard copies are not required. Bid security shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS, and physical CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. A pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Supply Chain Department meeting room.
