Procurement Internet Services Provider Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of internet services through two lots comprising Triple Play services with 100 Mbps GPON optical fiber cable FTTH providing internet, free TV and free telephone through two separate connections, and 100 Mbps internet services with 08 live IP addresses on each link through four separate connections. Estimated monthly cost including taxes and charges is Rs 40,000 for Lot 1 and Rs 160,000 for Lot 2, with total monthly cost of Rs 200,000 and total yearly cost of Rs 2,400,000. Bid security is 02% of estimated cost, amounting to Rs 800 for Lot 1, Rs 3,200 for Lot 2 and Rs 48,000 yearly in total. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and relevant registration authorities and must have at least one successfully completed IT services assignment for Government or a large private organization. Bids shall be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bid requirements shall comply with the bidding documents. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days from bid opening. Services shall be provided until 30 June 2027, extendable subject to satisfactory performance on the same rates until 30 June 2029.
