Provision Of Day Care Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of day care services for the Bureau of Statistics Headquarters Office through one lot. The estimated monthly cost is Rs 250,000 and estimated cost for 8 months is Rs 2,000,000, with bid security of Rs 40,000 representing 02% of the total estimated cost. Eligible bidders must be valid and actively registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and relevant registration authorities and must have at least two successfully completed service assignments for Government or large private organizations. Bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System with pages numbered, signed and stamped. The procurement shall use the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical bids shall be opened on the scheduled opening date and bids shall remain valid for 90 days from bid opening. The successful bidder shall provide day care services until 30 June 2027, extendable until 30 June 2029 subject to satisfactory performance on the same rates, terms and conditions.
