Description
Procurement under the ADP Scheme titled Chief Minister Punjab Value Addition Financing for Pink Salt for Financial Year 2026/27-2032/33 comprising IT desktop computers, laptop with accessories, scanner and display screen of 65 inches or more - executive tables, office tables, visitor chairs, revolving chairs, executive revolving chairs and side racks. The estimated cost for IT equipment is PKR 2,225,000 with bid security of PKR 111,250 representing 5%, while office furniture and fixtures have estimated cost of PKR 2,560,000 with bid security of PKR 128,000 representing 5%. Bids shall be submitted separately for each item and contracts shall be awarded separately. Bidding shall use the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through Punjab e-Procurement. Hard copies shall not be accepted. Only technically responsive bidders shall proceed to financial bid opening. Digital performance security of 3% of approved rate shall be provided where applicable until expiry of warranty. Eligible bidders must have Punjab registered office, valid Income Tax, Professional Tax and Sales Tax registrations and active FBR taxpayer status, and must provide bank statements for three years, annual audit reports, tax returns, qualified technical staff and at least three years of relevant experience.
