Framework Contract For Local Purchase Medicines Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for day to day local purchase of medicines, disposables and surgical items for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated tender value is Rs. 4,800,000 and bid security is Rs. 96,000 representing 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors and firms from District Attock in accordance with the stated local purchase guidelines. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Proposals must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 15/10/2026 and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security shall be deposited digitally through PSID and uploaded with the technical bid. Manual bids are not allowed.
