Procurement of IT equipment and furniture items for the Deputy Commissioner Office Toba Tek Singh through the Single Stage Two Envelope method. Lot No. 1 includes desktop systems with Core i5 13th Gen, LED monitors of 24 inches or higher, Intel Core Ultra 7 laptops, all-in-one black and white laser printers, black and white laser jet printers and sheet-fed scanners with minimum 35 ppm or 70 ipm speed. The estimated price is Rs. 4,500,000 with 5% bid security of Rs. 225,000. Lot No. 2 includes executive tables, office revolving chairs, office staff tables, visitor armchairs, split inverter air conditioners, wooden racks or almirahs, steno sets, water dispensers and six-seated sofa sets with tables. The estimated price is Rs. 7,350,000 with 5% bid security of Rs. 367,500. Tenders must be submitted online through E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 15-10-2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day.
