Medical Laboratory Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of different medical and laboratory equipment with a total estimated cost of Rs. 41.00 million. Sealed electronic technical and financial bids are invited from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities, with joint ventures and consortiums not allowed. The procurement shall be carried out item wise through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Incomplete, conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected. Bid validity shall be 120 days. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System on or before 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bid security shall be submitted through the digital banking facility by generating PSID and depositing the required amount through prescribed banking channels, with the bid security uploaded and attached with the technical bid. The bid security is in favor of the Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department and will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after completion of the procurement process and signing of the contract with the successful bidder. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding shall be adopted under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The procurement covers medical equipment, laboratory equipment, healthcare equipment and laboratory supplies procured item wise through electronic technical and financial bidding, with statutory registration, electronic bid security and item-wise evaluation requirements.
