Procurement under annual framework rate contracts for FY 2026-27 covering day-to-day L.P. medicine including Multi-National/National medicines and surgical disposable items - biomedical gases - laboratory and blood bank items - general store items - stationery items - printing items - laundry services - X-ray films - dialysis items under Universal Health Insurance and Sehat Sahulat Program - linen items - Urology, Eye Operation Theater and orthopedic implants, medical devices, medicines, surgical and disposable items for operation theater - cleaning and sanitation items - medicines, surgical and disposable items for disaster or natural calamity situations - medicines including Multi-National/National medicines, surgical and disposable items for Zakat Fund patients for indoor and OPD use. Bidding shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedures under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders, suppliers, manufacturers and firms engaged in relevant trading and registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax and Sales Tax, and registered on the e-Procurement System are eligible. Bidding documents shall be obtained or downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System, PPRA and Procuring Agency websites. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 22 October 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:00 PM. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost and must be furnished electronically through the prescribed Digital Bid Security mechanism or PSID generated through Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADS), with successful payment and verification before the closing date and time; physical CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft is not required where electronic bid security has been successfully furnished and verified. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not accepted under PPRA Rules, and applicable taxes will be deducted according to government rules. The procurement covers hospital medicines, pharmaceuticals, surgical disposables, biomedical gases, laboratory supplies, blood bank supplies, medical devices, dialysis supplies, operation theater supplies, cleaning and sanitation products, linen, laundry, stationery, printing, X-ray films and general hospital stores through framework contracts. The estimated costs range from approximately 2 Million to 38 Million for the listed contracts, with bid security at 2% of each estimated cost.
