Description

Construction of Sewerage and Sanitation Scheme at UC Jhamke, UC Makki and allied abadies, Tehsil and District Sheikhupura, under the approved development scheme for financial year 2026-27 at MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026. The approved cost is Rs.271,842,657 and earnest money or bid security is 5% amounting to Rs.13,592,133. Tenders are invited from registered contractors and firms holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council licences in the relevant categories and specialization codes CE01, CE09 and ME06 for 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with technical and financial proposals submitted separately through EPADS. Digital bid security of 5% must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura. Bids must be submitted online by 19 October 2026 at 10:30 AM and technical bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same date in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Item-wise rates must be quoted and incomplete or unfilled bids will not be entertained. Fake or forged documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting. Performance guarantee up to 10%, where required, must be furnished within 15 days after acceptance of tenders in the prescribed form.
