Description
Procurement of a Framework Contract for local purchase of medicines and disposables for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms and companies must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department. Bidders shall submit bids online through e-procurement using Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. The original CDR is to be submitted through e-procurement and a copy attached with the Technical Proposal; a defaced copy of CDR is not acceptable. The tender submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and tender opening is at 11:30 AM on the same date. Bidding documents are available from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and e-procurement portal, with response time calculated from publication on the PPRA website. If the opening date is declared a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day shall be deemed the submission and opening date at the same time and venue.
