Deputy Director Research and Development Newly Merged Area invites bids through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 14(2)(b) of KPPRA Rules 2014 for the Forest Development Fund funded project titled Strengthening of Forestry Research Activities in Newly Merged Area. The work is Construction of Office Cum Residence for Deputy Director R&D Merged Area. Estimated cost is Rs.9.778 million and bid security is 2%. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, PEC for 2026-27, KPRA with active status and FBR with active NTN and must have sufficient relevant experience. Bids are to be submitted through EPADS by 22 October 2026 at 11:00 AM along with hard copies delivered to the office of Deputy Director Newly Merged Area, Shami Road, Peshawar. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Rates are to be offered on percentage above/below basis against BOQ/Engineer cost estimate based on MRS-2022 2nd Bi-Annual. Original 2% earnest money in the form of Call Deposit is required.
